Established in 1967 by Tony Townsend, Eroga is the oldest established aluminium extrusion die manufacturer in the UK. Tony started as an Erosion Gauge Maker in 1957 and this is where the company name Eroga was formed. Today, Eroga produces over 450 dies per month, reaching a maximum die-size of Ø450 mm.

APS (Aluminium Production Software) is a software system that is responsible for the supervision and control of the entire aluminium production management process in extrusion plants.
Our APS system provides information on the entire production line of the company (billet store, billet oven, press, pullers, output table, cold saw, profile racks, ageing oven, anodizing, powder coating, packaging , etc).
The system is responsible for reading customer sales orders from the company's ERP, launching the necessary Manufacturing Orders, and controlling and managing the production of that order on each of the plant's machines. Indicating to the operator in each phase of production the optimal manufacturing parameters, so that they can be automatically loaded to the PLCs.
Our software is capable of increasing the extrusion speed of the client's main dies by 20%. The system manages to reduce the scrap of the extrusion process between 10-14% with respect to the gross kilos extruded.
